Workshop on the pedagogical use of generative AI in teaching

Local workshops

We are happy to customize workshops to local conditions. Please, contact course manager Tom Gislev for further details.

In this workshop, you will systematically design, explore, and experiment with the use of generative AI in your own teaching practices.

The workshop will focus on advanced prompting techniques and discuss students' competencies in generative AI. Additionally, you will engage in the design of learning activities within your own teaching contexts.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the program, you will be able to:

  • Identify and describe how generative AI can support learning activities in your own teaching context.
  • Describe how learning activities can support students' understanding of AI.
  • Design learning activities that incorporate generative AI.

Content

The workshop consists of three elements, but the main focus will be on designing learning activities that incorporate Generative AI.

  • Advanced prompting techniques
  • Students' competencies
  • Designing learning activities with generative AI

Customised workshops

The workshop is also available for entire departments or educational programmes. Workshops can be held locally at your department and tailored to your needs and preferences. Contact course manager Tom Gislev for further details.
