I work at the intersection of technology and learning, with a particular interest in how technologies shape the conditions, possibilities, and practices of teaching. With a background as a teacher and an MSc in IT, I combine pedagogical and didactic knowledge with technological understanding and an organizational perspective. My work focuses on translating knowledge about learning and technology into practice-oriented solutions that support teachers in developing meaningful, accessible, and learning-enhancing teaching.
I hold an MSc in IT, Learning and Organizational Change from Aalborg University, where I worked with areas such as ICT-based didactic design, organizational learning, innovation, implementation, and prototyping. I also hold a professional bachelor’s degree in teacher education from VIA University College, with subject specializations in Danish, social studies, and geography, as well as key areas within learning, subject didactics, relational work, and classroom management. The combination of these two educational backgrounds forms the basis for my work in connecting pedagogical practice, digital technology, and organizational development in teaching and learning environments.
My primary areas of work are the development, quality assurance, and editorial further development of the websites AU Educate and AU Studypedia in collaboration with colleagues, teachers, students, and subject-matter experts. I facilitate several courses and offer consultation and guidance for teachers, focusing on areas such as GenAI, blended learning, and flipped classroom. In my teaching and guidance, I emphasize the identification of didactic challenges and the development of possible solutions in collaboration with the teacher in question.
