My research focuses on how student agency affects the retention of first-year university students. Using a mixed-methods approach, I examine the factors that influence student agency and their impact on retention rates. Furthermore, I am developing an assessment tool to aid educational development in higher education institutions. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education Science, both from Aarhus University.
