Profile

I hold a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Anthropology from Aarhus University. In connection with my master’s thesis and subsequently as a research assistant, I was affiliated with the research project Reorienting Integration at the Department of Anthropology, where I used ethnographic methods to explore Congolese quota refugees’ experiences of resettlement in Denmark. Since 2024, I have worked at CED, where I apply qualitative methods and anthropological perspectives to educational development, contributing to knowledge about students’ experiences throughout their university studies.

Job responsibilities

At CED, I am part of the Unit for Program Development, where I work with research design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination in connection with the department’s qualitative research and development projects. I am currently involved in projects that, among other things, explore students’ perspectives on transitions throughout their studies, the acquisition of disciplinary knowledge, and strategic navigation of university life. Among these, I am involved in the longitudinal research project Faglige Barrierer, in which we follow students throughout their bachelor’s degree. The analyses and insights from these projects provide a knowledge base for the department’s work on educational development.
