I have many years of experience in leadership, strategy, and the development of education in complex organisations. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with senior management and have been responsible for staff, development initiatives, and cross-organisational collaboration.
My work focuses in particular on the development and quality assurance of educational initiatives, as well as the professional development of teaching staff. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and practice and place strong emphasis on creating direction, clarity, and momentum in joint efforts.
I am motivated by creating coherence—from overarching goals to concrete solutions—and by delivering results through people and collaboration.
At CED, we offer a range of services to support the pedagogical development of teaching staff as well as the development of teaching practices – see more here:

The initiatives cover both individual competencies in teaching, supervision, and examination, as well as the ability to collaborate with students and colleagues on teaching development. Additionally, providing feedback and working closely with course leaders and educational managers is an important area of the role.
