I have an educational background within economy and marketing and a diploma in Public Administration, with a particular focus on organization, change management, HR, and occupational health and safety.
I have extensive experience from both previous jobs and from AU with tasks within HR, organization, occupational health and safety, course activities, administration, and project work.

My tasks include HR support for managers and employees, being responsible for absence/ vacation as well as recruitment.
I am responsible for coordination and administration of the AU University Pedagogy Programme and have participated in several course development projects.
Additionally, I handle research administration and management support in various contexts.
I serve as Occupational health and safety representative for CED and vice-chairman in LAMU, undertaking various tasks in this relation.
