I have been working in the field of teaching and learning in higher education at Aarhus University, Denmark, since 2010. My primary role is as a teacher and educational developer for university pedagogical programmes aimed at PhD students and assistant professors. In this capacity, I focus on areas such as alignment, small class teaching, and assessment for learning in both online and blended settings. Additionally, I serve as the course coordinator and instructor for professional development programmes for teachers at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Schools of Architecture, Design, and Conservation.
My primary research focus is on designing feedback processes, assessment for learning and continuous assessment.
